Hollu brings a unique blend of artistic passion and business expertise to our studio — a place that holds special meaning to her, as she was once a student here herself. Her dance journey began within these walls, and she’s proud to now return as an instructor to give back to the community that first nurtured her love of dance.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Finance and Dance from the University of Iowa in 2010, and later completed her MBA in Finance at Concordia University Wisconsin in 2019.

With over 15 years of experience in the finance industry, she spent seven years as a Loan Processor and Commercial Loan Officer at the State Bank of Newburg. She currently serves as a Senior Finance Director at GMR Marketing, where she leads a team of eight in the general accounting department and was recently selected for the Top Talent Development Program, which focuses on implementing global business operations.

In the dance world, she has been a dedicated member of Danceworks On Tap (DOT) in Milwaukee since 2012 and is actively involved in both the Chicago National Association of Dance Masters (CNADM) and Dance Masters of Wisconsin (DMW). Her leadership within DMW includes two terms as Treasurer (2022–2024) and a current two-term appointment as Sergeant at Arms (2024–2026).

Outside of work and dance, she recently celebrated her marriage in September 2024 and is the proud pet parent of two cats, Martini and Rossi (both 14), and two playful pups, Gus and Nala (both 3). In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new breweries and restaurants, traveling, and relaxing with her furry companions.
