Ella is a third-generation member of Nancy Dianne Studio of Dance and a lifelong student of the art. She began training at the studio at just three years old, developing not only her technique but a deep love for the welcoming, family-centered environment the studio has built since 1972.
Ella is currently earning her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance along with a Certificate in Entrepreneurial Management at the University of Iowa with expected graduation in 2028. As an active performer in multiple university productions, she brings fresh inspiration, strong technical training, and a forward-thinking perspective into the studio.
She has earned Student Honors Emeritus through the Chicago National Association of Dance Masters (CNADM) and is dedicated to helping young dancers grow both as artists and as individuals. Ella’s goal is to instruct and work alongside her family, continuing its legacy while evolving it into the very best version of itself.
What sets Nancy Dianne Studio apart is not just its history, but its heart, something Ella lives and leads by. She finds the greatest joy in watching students light up on stage, form lifelong friendships, and discover confidence in themselves. Through her connection to both professional level dance and business education, Ella is helping bridge tradition and innovation, making the studio a place where every dancer can thrive.
